Other things to note HOUSE RULES NO SMOKING: this is a NON SMOKING property. If you smoke inside the house you will be charged $250, plus an increase in cleaning fees and any damages. NO PARTIES or hosted events please. PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet, you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is limited to 9 persons, including infants and children. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy may result in an eviction from the property. GROUP COMPOSITION: Message us before booking if you have more than 6 adults (just want to ensure you’re comfortable with our sleeping accommodations) STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels). Limited coffee fixing and a few locally made snacks are provided. You may need to buy more. CHECK-IN/OUT Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please request ahead of time and we'll do our best to accommodate. Trash service on Mondays. Lawn and pool service on Wednesdays.
