Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home. Other Information: $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all dog poops be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we\'ve set to remain good neighbors IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
