Located in a well-maintained resort community, this condo is just 2 miles from Disney, 6 miles from Universal, and 3 miles from SeaWorld. The neighborhood is family-friendly and offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment. Pets are not allowed. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. The booking guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Security will request an ID upon arrival. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, any lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
