When there are no other occupants, this bathroom will be private. Kitchen, dining and living room will be shared. No smoking indoors. Off-street parking and public transportation is available. First month's rent and security deposit to move-in. Utilities will be shared 1/4. Bed and sheets, and nightstand are provided. You'll take care of daily trash takeout, maintaining your room and common areas, toiletries and washing dishes. There's no laundry in the house. Any other questions - feel free to ask.
