This is a standalone apartment with living space on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and laundry on the second floor. It features 10' ceilings, custom cement tile backsplash, designer light fixtures with dimmers, built-in wood closets, gas water heater and dryer, brand-new appliances. The unit is well-insulated, so your electric bills will be very low. It also includes full use of the backyard, a dedicated parking pad, and of course, the friendliest landlords you could ask for - me and my son : ) Our location in Crescent Heights is located within walking distance of three different coffee shops, at least two dozen restaurants, and one of the best parks in the entire City -- Crescent Lake. The base rent is $2,400. For another $200 per month, you can rent the attached garage, which is separate from the unit with it's own entry and garage door. Showings will be held on Saturday 2/3/24 from 2pm-4pm and on Sunday 2/4/24 from 9am-11am. A records check, first and last month's deposit, and security deposit are required.
