If the application is approved and the applicant accepts the available unit, the applicant will be required within 24 hours of approval to pay a minimum of $500.00 toward the balance of the deposit in advance to take the unit off the rental market for a maximum time of 14 days.This amount will be kept by the owner as liquidated damages if the applicant decides not to rent the available unit, otherwise it will be applied to the deposit and/or first month’s rent. Balance of deposit and first month’s rent must be paid prior to or upon move-in. Keys will not be given until all of the deposit and rent are paid.APPLICATION GUIDELINES1. Must have a monthly gross income of approximately three (3) times the amount of rent, verifiable by pay stubs.2. Maximum occupancy will be less than 2 persons per bedroom.3.
