It has Central Heating & Air Conditioning System. This house has a two-car garage and a nice backyard with 2 covered patio areas. It is centrally located in an established Manteca neighborhood close to restaurants, shops and local freeways. Rent: This house is $2550 per month on a month-to-month lease. Deposit: There is also a $2550 security deposit due upon approval of your application. Qualifications: We are looking for qualified tenants who earn 2.5 times the monthly rent ($6375). You must have no 30/60/90 day late payments, no evictions and good credit. We are wanting someone who will be looking to settle down and rent the house for a while.
