About This Property
Very nice 3 bedroom 1 bath home in Colerain. Plenty of storage and counter space in this kitchen which includes an oven/range, refrigerator, and dishwasher and has recessed lighting. Hardwood floors throughout first level. Laundry area in basement. Huge yard with the back surrounded by a privacy fence. Large private deck. No pets and No Section 8. Northwest School District. Ext. 6 Weybridge Realty is Property Manager for this property. Weybridge Realty does not advertise on FaceBook or Craigs List. Be aware scammers are running fake ads and stealing people’s money. The scammers have taken thousands of dollars from applicants. Some even moved in only to learn they had been scammed and their money was lost, and they had to move out or face immediate eviction. If the person tells you they approved you without even really screening your application, be careful. If you are not sure about our ad, go to and look for it there. Or Google search the address and see if you see multiple ads at different prices with different phone numbers.
