About This Property

Date Available: August 2, 2025 (approximate). $2,800/month rent. $2,8,00 security deposit required. Less than 20 minute commute to JBLM Visitors Center. Family-friendly community. If you love fireworks on the 4th of July, you'll love this neighborhood! Note: New carpet being installed on second floor prior to lease start date. Note: Property is NOT furnished. Unapproved roommates are grounds for termination of the lease. Applications will not be reviewed until all parties have submitted a complete application. - Proof of renters insurance is required upon signing the lease. - Pet policy: All pets MUST be house-trained. If you are applying with a dog or domestic cat, please provide a copy of each animal's rabies certificate, licensing information, and a picture of each animal in the ID section. There is a $250/pet non-refundable pet fee. There is an additional monthly pet rent of $25/pet. - HOA: Owner pays HOA fee. The tenant is responsible for abiding by all HOA rules & regulations, which are provided at lease signing and available upon request.
