The standard lease duration is at least 6 complete months. To apply, any adult intending to live in the apartment must provide current & valid government issued photographic identification and pay the $40 application fee. Application approval requires (pay attention - this is important) application completion, telling the truth on the application, being without negative rental history, and having monthly income of thrice the rent. Incomplete applications submitted to the manager will be declined without processing and the application fee will be forfeited by the applicant.
