Great neighborhood, fantastic and very convenient location in the gorgeous Plymouth Heights of Deland. You are in town, but, feel like you're in the country because this area is so quiet. Two blocks walking distance from downtown Deland (rated in the top ten best downtowns in America) to view parades or enjoy all the local restaurants, shops and bars; and two blocks from Stetson University tennis courts, football and soccer fields to watch games.
