Custom cabinets with soft closing technology, ample pantry space, and farmhouse sink.  Powder room is located off the kitchen. La Cantina doors lead from the kitchen to the outdoor patio with a fireplace and 55 inch TV and built-in electric heaters to keep you warm on cool nights.  Brown Jordan  outdoor furniture for both the front and back patios. Outdoor table on back patio with seating for 8 to dine on your meals made on the gas BBQ with two beverage refrigerators.  Many activities and games provided for outdoor fun, including ping pong table, cornhole and basketball hoop.  Fabulous entertaining set up for those who enjoy celebrating with friends and family.   Also provided for guest use are three bicycles, an umbrella, chairs and cooler - perfect for beach days or Sundays Concert in the Park during Summer season.
