Feel at home in this recently renovated space featuring 20' ceilings, original wood floors, and fully restored windows that fill the space with natural light. This apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Guests can enjoy access to a rooftop retreat with sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining, as well as an on-site gym for daily workouts. Metered street parking is available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays. Additional services to make your visit even more comfortable—like mid-stay cleanings, early check-in/late checkout (when available) are available for additional fees. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. An additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length is collected separately. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are permitted. Located just a 15-minute walk from the historic French Quarter and only five minutes from the National WWII Museum, this apartment places you near the city’s most celebrated landmarks. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons are allowed, and any violation will be reported to the police, and the contract will be immediately terminated. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old, except for students/interns.
