The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, and electric stove, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, detergent, an iron, and an ironing board. Enjoy the private hot tub. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for stays of 1–6 nights, $150 for 7–13 nights, and $300 for stays of 14+ nights. Free street parking is available around the home along with an outdoor garage pad fit for 3 or 4 cars. A pack n play and high chair are available. Downtown is just 5–10 minutes away, making it easy to reach top attractions, restaurants, and nightlife while returning to a quiet residential retreat. The area is also home to the Riverside Golf Course, several charming parks, and local cafés. Convenient bus routes connect you to Edmonton’s bus and train system, making it easy to explore the city. Ride-sharing services are readily available and provide quick, hassle-free transportation. The neighborhood is car-friendly with easy access to major roads. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and a $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property at any time. There is a $400 fee for smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances inside the property, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odors are found. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. An additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Where applicable to properties using physical keys or access fobs, a $250 fee will apply for any items that are lost, damaged, or not returned after checkout. Yard clean-up issues related to pet waste will incur a $100 fee, and unregistered pets will incur a $200 fee per pet.
