The space
Relax while enjoying yourself in resort style living. Our spacious and open-floor plan 2nd story condo with elevator access offers amazing views of the water, championship 27-hole golf course and nature preserve. Newly updated and beautifully decorated, private screened lanai with comfortable patio seating. Watch the sunset or grab the binoculars to catch a view of the birds and wildlife nearby. Close proximity to I-75, Costco, beautiful Gulf beaches, Manatee River, shopping, dining and all the exploring and recreation you can find the time for. Located in between Tampa and Sarasota, Bradenton is packed full of attractions and adventure you should choose. The famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive south and Anna Marie Island and Bradenton Beach are minutes West. When you have had enough golf and country club activities, plan a day to relax at the beach, the bay, go deep sea fishing, or maybe book an alligator or air boat tour! The area offers incredible dining, plenty of parks, walking and biking trails, fishing, water sports, museums, and art galleries as well. There is something for everyone!
Guest access
In the newly remodeled kitchen, you will find appliances both large and small necessary to make all of your favorite meals and beverages. The open floor plan living. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom offering plenty of privacy and space for guests. A covered carport is available just outside the hallway for one vehicle at no extra charge.
River Strand offers guests access to club membership benefits including golf with a one-time $600 transfer fee paid by the guest upon arrival at check in, fee not included in rental. Golf Cart rental is not included and requires an additional fee. Guests will have use of the many resort-style swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, the fitness center, Club house, Tiki Bar, basketball, billiards, fitness center, spa and more!
