The back patio features a grill, seating, string lights, hammocks, and the perfect photo opportunity by the custom-made Arkansas sign. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Free parking is available for 5 cars (no parking allowed on the concrete pad in the back yard). This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3. Located right by the college campus, this home is within walking distance to everything! Adventure out a little further and you will be in the center of Downtown Fayetteville to enjoy the entertainment district, historic square, and many shops and eateries. It is 1.5 miles to Dickson Street, the entertainment district, and 2 miles to the Fayetteville Historic Square. The Razorback Greenway trailhead is 0.5 miles away. Public transit, bike trail access, and ride share are available. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
