Large standalone shower in primary bath with accessible features. Washer/Dryer, if present, is available for tenant usage. Any maintenance on these appliances would need to be provided by tenant. Any may be removed from service by Management and Management will remove at the request of the tenant. Tenant agrees to leave these appliances with the property at move out unless removed by Management. Small pet (under 30 lbs) negotiable with additional $300 refundable deposit.
