Guests will have access to the entire property minus a couple locked closets (not in bedrooms) and one of the garages is a game room. We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE >Must be 25 years old to book >No parties >No events >No smoking inside >Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - Per city ordinance >No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation >Monthly rental November to March. This home is not available for a long term lease. EXTRA GUESTS (Beyond 16 count) >Must be approved prior to reservation >$35/night per person after 16 guests POOL HEATING >$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required) >Pool heated to 85 degrees >It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice >Spa heating included in the booking amount and is always heated >One night stays = $200 to heat the pool PETS >$25/night per pet >$200 charge if pets not disclosed >Must pick up after pet and accompany at all times FIREPIT/GRILL >We try to keep our properties tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
