The security system is a Vivint Security product with everything tied together. That means the front panel, or your phone, allows you to control everything and see the cameras. You can even lock and unlock the front door from your phone or change the codes. There are sensors on the windows, motion sensors in the house for when you set the alarm and leave the house. This is all private with passwords you will set as a new tenant. It's everything you want in a house! The lease is a one year lease which automatically becomes a month to month after first year with all the conditions of the lease remaining intact. Pest control is and internet access is included. PG&E, water/sewer and trash are tenant responsibilities.

Roughly one hour from San Francisco, Antioch is comfortably removed from the larger cities near the coast while maintaining easy access to the Bay Area by road or BART service. The waterfront area along 2nd Street serves as Antioch’s downtown district, full of locally-owned shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The El Campanil Theatre serves as a gorgeous landmark and also hosts a packed roster of live events and movie screenings throughout the year.
Prewett Family Park is a local favorite, particularly the water park in the summertime. The San Joaquin River and its islands open up tons of options for recreation, with boating, fishing, and swimming being very popular. On the southwest corner of town, the sprawling Contra Loma and Black Diamond Mines Regional Parks provide a massive venue for hiking, camping, and general exploration.
