About This Property

Charming 2 bed/ 1 bath in Kenmore close to 76 and 77 but on a quiet street. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space, the dining room has a window seat and both it and the living room feature original woodwork. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside is a nice front porch to enjoy warm evenings, there is a small yard in back, and a 1 car garage. This home does not come with appliances. There are washer and dryer hook ups in the basement. Monthly rent amount is $750. A security deposit of $750 will be required as will a $200 water deposit. Tenant pays all utilities, and is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Pets considered on a case by case basis. If accepted, they will require an additional deposit of $200 per pet. Maximum of two small pets considered. Not Section 8 eligible. Non Smoking Lease. This property is professionally managed by Southern Sky Realty. We run a credit, criminal and eviction check on all applicants aged 18 years and over, and require a non refundable $40 per person fee to do so. We do not accept evictions in the past 5 years.
