One pet will be considered. The home is very quaint and offers LVP wood flooring throughout. The bedrooms are generous sized with large closets. One of the 3 bedrooms may be better served as a great living room area or use it as the bedroom with its nice sized closet. The home has A/C and Heat (all electric / no gas). Since it is brand new, there are dual pane windows, brand new kitchen, brand new bathrooms, new roof, an on and on. This is a quiet location near 13th and Georgia Street which means easy to get to freeways, close to shopping and restaurants. There are exterior laundry hookups. There is street parking 25 feet from the front door, there is not a garage. Tenant pays electric, trash, cable/internet, etc. One small dog is acceptable. Renters insurance is required (any reputable company, usually less than $15.00 per month). Applicants must make 2.5 times the monthly rent (per household). 680 Fico score or better is required by all applicants who will be considered primary renters. No pets on the dangerous dogs list as per the Forbes (top 10) Dog Breeds Banned By Home Insurances. Tenant will pay for electricity with SDGE, trash, cable tv/internet, etc. Tenant will pay owner $25.00 for water, owner will pay Cal-Am water company. (There is no gas in the home). Tenant will maintain the yard (but it is mostly low-maintenance). No smoking, not a party house.
