The townhouse has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and a very big pool. Over 1700 Sq Ft (not including balcony and garage). Refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer included. The location is amazing and is close to GA-400, I-285, Perimeter Mall, Walmart, Target, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Costco, Kroger, and many restaurants. Literally get to Buckhead in 7 mins, Midtown in 12 mins and Alpharetta in 10 mins. You can also walk to MARTA. Very private neighborhood with lots of side walks. Utilities are not included which are usually around $200/month for CableTV/Internet, Water, and Electricity. Gas and trash pick up is included in rent. We are seeking a working non-smoking professional that is clean and respectful of others. Looking to rent out for minimum of 2 years. I will need first and last month's rent and a deposit of $1500.
