It is a quiet, lovely apartment perfect for study and work. The four tenants share electricity, gas, internet and water/sewer. This apartment has had some energy modifications including new insulation to keep utility costs low. This apartment would be perfect for a graduate student, international scholar, mature undergraduate or professional who seeks a quiet and comfortable living space with easy access to Cornell or downtown. The apartment has been a wonderful way for tenants to build community and tenants are welcome to play a role in interviewing other potential tenants to order to assess compatibility.
