There is additional living space in the large attic. An unfinished basement provides storage space. A fenced, spacious backyard provides privacy and enjoyment of the natural surroundings. The home is near Greenough Park, the "L" and Peace Sign trails. A 5-10 minute bike ride or walk to the UM campus or downtown Missoula. Off-street and on-street parking, and washer and dryer on site. No smoking - strictly enforced as we are allergic. No Pets. $2100/month plus electricity and gas.
