About This Property
Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for this home on Downs Way in the neighborhood Longleaf Crossing. It was built just over a year ago, I was the very first to live there. Everything is brand new and completely updated. Haley Management is easy to get in touch with, and we haven't experienced any problems with them. The neighbors are quiet and we have never had any problems communicating with them either. This is really an awesome space, I just recently got a new opportunity I don't want to pass up. There are 4 bedrooms in total as well as a half bathroom downstairs. The rooms are huge and with private bathrooms connected to them. My room has the largest bathroom with a bathtub as well as a walk in closet. Downstairs is already furnished, you will only need to fill your bedroom. There is guaranteed parking and then some, considering it is in a neighborhood off campus. We have never experienced any problems with towing whatsoever. It is only about 7 minutes from Auburn University and 15 from Southern Union, and also is on the Tiger Transit route with busses that come every ten minutes. This is one of the most affordable rents I have heard of in Auburn for how new the property is. There is a full laundry space in the unit, and all appliances are brand new throughout the home. All hardwood and tile throughout with granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. I am willing to be extremely flexible and work with you on the move in date.
