Unit is prewired and set up for Comcast cable and/or internet. -Family room has laminate wood flooring. -Bedrooms have carpet. -The pictures ARE of the actual unit, they were taken prior to current tenant moving in. -All walls and ceilings will be freshly painted. -It is furnished with a gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. -There is a coin operated washer and dryer in basement of building, washer and dryer are not in unit they are located in common area and there are no hook ups for additional laundry machines. -We are looking to start off with a 2 year lease and then follow up with one year leases after that. -Income requirement is gross 3x rent and we do require credit check with no previous evictions or foreclosures. -There is a 10' x 12' private deck off of the kitchen/dinning room. -Unit is in Schererville with Crown Point mailing address. -Lake Central School District. -Town of Schererville Water -Schererville Police and Fire Dept. -Dogs and Cats are welcome with the following additional conditions: 1. 2 animal max 2. Dogs must be less than 25lbs full grown 3. Additional animal agreement with animal specific terms 4. Dogs will require tenant to obtain renters insurance.
