Available for Rent: August 8, 2022 Monthly Rent: This house is $2450 per month on a month-to-month lease. Security Deposit: There is a $2450 security deposit due upon approval of your application. Pets: Dog or cat allowed No dangerous breeds are allowed per insurance restrictions. Qualifications: We are looking for qualified tenants who earn 2.5 times the monthly rent ($6125 per month), have no 30/60/90 day late payments, no evictions and good credit (600 or above).
