Tenant's will be responsible for providing their own washer and dryer during a lease term. A security deposit of $2,500 is due upon lease signing. The first month's rent is due two weeks prior to the move-in date. Application fees of $75 per applicant and a $60 administrative fee are non-refundable. Renters insurance is required and must be provided to The Stacy Group, LLC prior to the commencement of the lease term if the application is approved.
