The living room to the left has a couch, a loveseat, and a SmartTV. The living room to the right has a couch, sofa, and small desk with a chair. Through this living room is an additional sitting room with two armchairs. Straight through the door in the living room takes you to the hallway with the bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room, and kitchen. The first door to your left is a bedroom with two full beds and a decorative fireplace. The first door on the right is the second bedroom with a king and full bed. Continue down the hallway; the next door on the right is the first full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The next door on the right is the master bedroom. Here you will find a queen bed, a full bed, a SmartTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Across from the bathroom is the dining room. The beautiful farm table comfortably seats eight guests. Through the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample space, and cookware essentials. The laundry room is at the end of the hall and provides access to the backyard. Out back is a small patio with a grill. Off-street parking is on the half circle in front of the home and the parking pad is in the back. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation may be canceled, requiring immediate departure without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility.
