Downstairs also includes living/tv space and laundry. Backyard is a great place to entertain throughout the summer and full two car garage is great for those winters or storage. Original wood floor in upstairs bedrooms and living room, with LVT through the remainder of the house. **2 Bdrms in basement are non-conforming due to the windows** Parking - There is space for 2 cars in the garage and one off street spot in the front of the house.
