If you cannot submit receipts or bank statements, your application will be denied. We do not accept co-signers or guarantors. Credit: Tenant must have established credit with GOOD payment history. NO EXCEPTIONS Personal & Liability insurance We require tenants to have a Personal Liability Insurance Policy (renters’ insurance) with a minimum coverage of $100,000 per household for the entire time the home is occupied. Pets: Applicants will need to fill out a pet application. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per home. Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, St. Bernards, Cane Corse, and Wolf Hybrids are prohibited.
