About This Property

Nice and clean 2 bed, 2 bath home in a 4-plex. Close to Carrie Blake Park and QFC. Laundry room with washer/dryer hookups, 1 car garage w/ electric opener. Yard care is included. All other utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Pets possible on a case-by-case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $25 per month in pet rent. First and last month's rent, a $1,450 security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
