If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. A late check-out fee of $500 applies if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
