My fully furnished, utilities included condo has everything you need to feel at home (including high-speed internet - please note that cable tv is NOT included as most people use their own streaming services) - fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, bed linens and towels, even toilet paper and paper towels. I am a licensed SC Real Estate Agent, and I manage my own property. LEASE LENGTH: Leases are as short as three months (no shorter due to HOA regs) or as long as you need. Rent is discounted for longer leases (2350/mo for 6 month leases, 2300/mo for 12 month leases) And if you find you need to extend your stay, just keep me posted with at least 30 days notice. I will consider dogs with a fully refundable pet deposit (sorry, no cats). This is a pet-friendly community, but you must keep your dog on a leash and always pick up after them. LOCATION: This home is in a very convenient location. 20-30 minutes to downtown and MUSC, Moncks Corner, Summerville, and Volvo; 7-10 minutes to Trident Hospital and Charleston Southern University, 15 minutes to Boeing or the Naval Weapons Station. THE HOME: The master bedroom has an amazing walk-in shower and tons of shelving and closet space for your clothes, and a convenient desk for a quiet work at home area. The two bedrooms upstairs also have plenty of closet space and a desk in each room. They share a full bathroom. A small but comfortable kitchen is open to the dining room/living room, and there is a large walk-in pantry closet to store food, cleaning supplies, and even a bicycle. For your safety, I have smoke detectors in every bedroom, in the upstairs hall, and downstairs in the living room. The patio out back has a small table and chairs and a charcoal grill for your enjoyment. There is a keyed mailbox available for your use should you require. PARKING: You have one reserved parking spot right in front of your door, and there is an abundance of non-reserved parking in front of and to the side of the condo.
