This stylish and spacious three-level residence has floor to window ceilings from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the lake including a serene sunrise and sunset sky. The unique decor brings out all the best features of the open-plan living spaces. The main and lower-level kitchens are fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and top-level finishes made for any skilled chef. Mallard\'s lower level consists of an exciting game room containing shuffleboard, foosball and air hockey; coupled with 3 televisions creates a sport fanatic\'s dream oasis that walks out to a heated pool, hot tub, and covered seating area. *Due to safety concerns, the kitchenette grill and sink are not operable for guests. There is a flat top griddle for use outside for all your grilling needs.* With kayak at hand, you\'ll want to spend most of your time on the spacious pool deck or on Lake Norman.
