Such a sweet little getaway. Precious and charming, we loved every moment.? Absolutely awesome! It had its own private adorable outside seating, just what we were looking for! Just a few minutes walk to Flagler Avenue and all the restaurants, shops, and bars, and a block away from the beach. Bed was very comfortable and everything provided that you could possibly need. We enjoyed this quaint, immaculate, and private space so close to the beach and Flagler Ave., and for such a reasonable cost. Hosts were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in suggesting local spots. HOUSE RULES - Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog. For any other pets please, contact the host first. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. - Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance.
