The house is clean and bright with lots of space, windows and storage. The house has been updated with newer flooring, paint, lights, tub, & etc. In a great location for commutes to and from work in the Garden District. Front yard is shaded, and parking is available. This home will be leased on a 6-month lease then will become a month-to-month lease. You have to make 3 -X's the rent income. There will be no smoking or drug use allowed. There will be no large animals and only two animals allowed. The pet deposit is $500 and $250 for the 2nd pet. We will do a credit check and a background check. The application fee is $41.00.
