However our beautiful back yard and spacious basement area are perfect for entertaining. We kindly request that tenants keep their apartments free from strong odors and clutter. And that if you have a cat, as many live in our building, the litter box is cleaned daily to prevent any odors to penetrate the plaster walls or beautiful hard wood floors.
