It is located directly on the canal on Fall Street, and walking distance to all that downtown Seneca Falls has to offer. You’re also just a short drive to Walmart, Aldi, and other retail and convenience shops. There are multiple restaurants, bars, breweries, and sites to see within walking distance of the property. The Arcade Building is pet friendly, has on site maintenance, around the clock security monitoring, as well as recently updated and carefully designed units. Each unit has it’s own laundry in the apartment as well. The flooring is a combination of carpet, vinyl, and tile.
