Pets 20 pounds or under will be allowed with owner approval. If approved, there is an additional deposit starting at $500, $40 pet rent per pet per month, must register with pet screening, and license with City of Oakview. Owner will leave push mower “as is” and you must keep fence line clear on N,E and W side. Also responsible for leaf removal in late fall and spring. This is a NO Smoking home which includes garage and shed. Anyone 18yrs and older must go through our screening and is $65 per applicant.
