2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom downstairs unit in a small, quiet condo complex in Oceanside just off Mission Ave. **Will update with more photos on Friday, April 26th! Feel free to message if you have additional questions or want to set up a tour before filling out a rental application. If you want to apply to rent this unit, you MUST apply through Z illow. Kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated with newer appliances, white cabinets, granite countertops, and subway tile in the bathroom. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, as well as the kitchen and living room. Heating unit (gas) in the living room to keep you warm during the colder months. Bathroom had a tub/shower combo, with tile flooring throughout the whole condo. Full-sized stacked washer and dryer in-unit. Closets in both bedrooms are very deep with lots of room for storage, and there’s an extra storage closet off the living/dining room. French doors lead out on to a cute little patio. The entire complex (8 units only - neighbors are very nice) is fenced and the gates have combination locks for added security. There is 1 assigned covered parking spot, and plenty of street parking surrounding. Wonderful location with walking distance to Mission Elementary, near Oceanside High School, shopping, dining, breweries, Downtown Oceanside for street fairs and Farmer's Markets, and just over a mile and a half to the beach and Oceanside Pier, Prince of Peace Abbey Catholic and other Churches! Renter's Liability Insurance required to keep current throughout tenancy. Dog and cat friendly - additional pet rent of $50 per pet may apply. Security deposit: $2,650 AVAILABLE AS EARLY AS MAY 1st!
