I just moved in 3 weeks ago and i haven't been given a key to my mailbox, the place has roaches and no one has done anything about it,Theres still dead roaches in my window!!!! i still don't have a parking spot, and my tub is bubbling and it just got glazed! They rushed us to move in but cant even have things taken care of before we signed our lease. They are very unprofessional. My husband called, texted, and emailed our manager, and put in a request in his mailbox and still no response!!!! We have a 6 month old baby who is starting to crawl and i cant even let him crawl on the floor, in fear of him grabbing a bug! This is the worst place i have ever lived. Its cheap rent and that's how they caught my families attention but we moved in and now we understand why its so cheap. Biggest regret of my life.
I do not recommend renting here! building is bug infested! Intercom system hasnt worked in years! The turnover rate for managers is higher than tenants!The owner does not put any money into units! I have been here 10 yrs and not a dime has been spent on anything ,no paint , carpets, or any upgrades whatsoever!
