STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. DESCRIPTION: As you enter into the foyer of the property, garage access for storage is located on the right. There is one bedroom with a two queen beds and a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. This room also has access to an outside patio and fenced in yard. The second floor of the property is comprised of the kitchen, dining, and living areas with a half bathroom. The third level has the remaining two bedrooms. The first bedroom you arrive at has a Queen bed. There is a hall bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The hallway to the primary bedroom houses the laundry closet. Once in the primary bedroom, you will find a King bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. The en suite has a double vanity, single shower, and soaking tub. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 3 Queen Parking: Parking for two - three vehicles - Driveway only, no garage access for parking. Boat trailers allowed. Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable fee of $400/pet. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation. Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
