Built-Ins and storage cabinets in 3rd bedroom (great location for an office!). Large kitchen with electric cook top. Fireplace in living room. Extended back patio with a fully fenced backyard. 3 car garage. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washer and dryer. Viewings of this property are by appointment beginning 08/03/2023. Viewings are scheduled Monday thru Friday between 10am to 4pm. 24 hour notice is required to view this property. Owner will consider a small dog (less than 25lbs) or a cat. Owner approval of pet is required. There is a $400.00 non-refundable pet deposit and a monthly $25 pet rent fee in addition to the base rental amount. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Tenants are responsible for utilities and pest control at the property.
