Minimum lease term required is 12 months. Hard flooring in the main living area. Carpet in bedrooms, dining room and front room. Built-Ins and storage cabinets in 3rd bedroom (great location for an office!). Large kitchen with electric cook top. Fireplace in living room. Extended back patio with a fully fenced backyard. 3 car garage. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washer and dryer. Viewings of this property are by appointment beginning 08/03/2023. Viewings are scheduled Monday thru Friday between 10am to 4pm. 24 hour notice is required to view this property. Owner will consider a small dog (less than 25lbs) or a cat. Owner approval of pet is required. There is a $400.00 non-refundable pet deposit and a monthly $25 pet rent fee in addition to the base rental amount. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Tenants are responsible for utilities and pest control at the property. Owner provides basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing) and pays the HOA dues. Smoking is not permitted at this property. At least one Tenant must be 55 years of age to lease this property (property is located in an age restricted community). Application fees are $75.00 per person.
