Location: The condo is located in the heart of downtown Durham, just two blocks from the Geer Street commercial district (blocks from Cocoa Cinnamon, Motorco, Hutchins Garage, Crossfit, Fullsteam, Geer Street Garden, Boxcar Arcade, etc.). Walk 10 minutes to the downtown Durham’s farmer’s market, Pizzeria Toro, Ninth Street Bakery, Parlour, and other favorite Durham spots. Duke’s East campus is only a few blocks West, and Ellerbee Creek Trail and greenway is just across the street. Amenities: Pearl Mill Flats has a saltwater pool, a common area with grills and patio furniture, and a beautiful garden (kept up by the hardworking volunteers of the gardening committee). Most importantly, people here look out for one another, and even become genuine friends (engaging the community is optional, but a welcome benefit for certain kinds of people). Utilities: Rent includes cable, high speed internet, water, trash, recycling, and two off-street gated parking spots. The tenant must pay for electricity and laundry which is located on the premises.
