About This Property
2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow with detached garage in Hood River, Oregon. We don't have current photos as the last turn didn't afford us the opportunity, but we recently painted inside and out, replaced all light fixtures/ceiling fan, new refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, kitchen flooring, new garage door, and more. Great little house in a convenient location. Hardwood floors in main room, washer and dryer, walking distance to downtown (top of hill near May St. Elementary School). Quiet street. Tenant pays for all utilities/garbage/yard. Lawn mower provided. Open to pets with non-refundable pet cleaning deposit. We will be showing the house/open house on Wednesday, June 15th from 12pm to 2pm. I'll be there, so feel free to stop by. The house will be unfurnished - the photos were taken after the remodel with the current tenants furniture. Just wanted to be clear since the pictures include furniture/etc. May be available prior to July 1st. Thanks for looking. David
