Welcome to our 1516 square feet luxurious and expansive home nestled in the heart of Indio. Perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure, our home offers a haven of comfort and style, ensuring an unforgettable stay in the Coachella Valley.

Bedroom 1 (master bedroom):
Indulge in restful nights in the embrace of a large king bed, where sliding doors offer seamless access to your own private backyard and patio sanctuary. Equipped with a master bathroom for convenience, a smart TV (you can unwind with your favorite shows), while a ceiling fan adorned with dual lampshades ensures a gentle breeze and ambiance.
Bedrooms 2-4:
You’ll love the comfort of our beds and pillows! These bedrooms all have large mirrors and large closets. 3 bedrooms have queen beds. 3 bedrooms have smart TVs. 1 bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized mattress on the top bunk and full sized mattress on the bottom bunk.
Bathroom 1 (master bathroom):
This master bathroom contains a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, and ample mirrors with the vanity for your convenience and grooming needs.
Bathroom 2:
The spacious common area bathroom contains a shower, toilet, vanity, and sink.
Living Room:
Gather with loved ones in our expansive living room, furnished with plush sofa chairs that invite you to sink in and relax. Movie nights are elevated with the large Smart TV, board games, and books - creating an unforgettable entertainment experience.

Host memorable family meals in our indoor dining area, featuring a long table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests, fostering togetherness and connection (the photos shows 6 chairs, but we've added 2 more chairs to accommodate 8 people).

Tenant home access:
Entering the home is easy and hassle free. The home has a smart lock installed at the front door with a keypad. You will receive detailed entry instructions prior to move-in time. You can open the front door with a passcode. You’ll have access to the entire house.
