About This Property
Sublet.com ID 2656001. Looking for someone to take over my lease for my 1-bed 1-bath apt. Small building that only has 6 1-bedroom apartments so it is very quiet! My unit is in the basement level so has its own private walkout entrance: no sharing hallways or stairways! Walks out into a large backyard backing up to Hinkson Creek. Students only. The website says it is a complex for only graduate and professional students, but undergrads are welcome as long as you are generally quiet. My lease ends July 30th, 2016 and will be available as soon as January 1st. Located a little over a mile from MU campus and downtown. Includes free parking on site, as well as free parking at the landlords other property located by the vet school (Ashland Rd.) so you can save money by not buying an MU parking pass! There is also a city busstop located across the street. Free washer and dryer on site. Updated kitchen. New high-efficiency AC and gas heat put in a few years ago so For more details and images visit sublet.com/rhp.asp and enter ID 2656001
804 Old 63 S is a condo located in Boone County and the 65201 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Columbia 93 attendance zone.
At the heart of Missouri, Columbia is truly one of America’s greatest college towns. The University of Missouri sits right at the center of the city, and generally serves as the cultural hub for the wider community. Locals, whether connected directly to the university or not, regularly visit campus for sporting events, concerts, gallery exhibitions, lectures, and more. Just north of campus, Downtown Columbia features a thriving mix of coffee shops, restaurants, nightclubs, taverns, and performance venues, largely catering to the huge numbers of students from Mizzou, as well as the smaller Stephens College and Columbia College.
Of course, the community extends well beyond the collegiate environment at the city center. The University of Missouri Health Care system is the second-biggest employer in town, so the community of healthcare professionals in town is quite extensive. The cost of living is quite affordable, and there are numerous apartments and rental homes to fit any budget.
