Shared access is available to the main kitchen, laundry room, and a well-maintained backyard. A small, friendly dog lives in the home but does not have access to the rental area or the main entrance. We are a family looking for a reliable tenant. Smoking outside, no marijuana, no pets. Background check, credit history, and employment verification required.
