This location features large 3 bedroom units, some of which have been updated/renovated recently. At 802 Dickinson we include Internet, garbage, lawn care, snow removal and 2 parking spots in the rent. This is a pet-friendly property. Pets require a deposit of $350 ($250 is refundable, minus any damages or cleaning fees) and $50 pet rent per month. One pet permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management.
